Prices quoted for the apartment are per night for the entire apartment (not per person). Cleaning & Tourist tax is not included in the rental price. Tourist Tax is 1.70 euro per adult per night Cleaning charge is 150 euro’s for the 2 bedroom apartment Gretl, 100 euro’s for Bellevue Studio apartment . Normally we require Saturday - Saturday bookings but we are now flexible on dates throughout the summer season. Please enquire. Damage deposit of £250 or euro’s for the the Studio. £500 or euro’s for Apartment Gretl - secured against a credit card in advance of arrival Please see full terms and conditions of booking on this site.
